Women of the World ("the Site") is an art portfolio operated by 4etverg Studio ("we," "us"). It presents an original series of paper-craft portraits ("the Artworks") and offers fine-art prints for sale.
2. Ownership of the Artworks
All Artworks, images, text, and design on the Site are the property of 4etverg Studio and the artist, and are protected to the fullest extent available under applicable law. The "Women of the World" name and presentation are our brand.
3. What you may do
You may view and share links to the Site, and share individual Artwork images on social media with visible credit to "Women of the World" and a link back to the Site, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. What you may not do
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- reproduce, sell, print, or commercially exploit any Artwork;
- remove or alter any signature, watermark, or copyright notice;
- use any Artwork to train machine-learning models or datasets;
- present the Artworks as your own or imply endorsement.
5. Prints
Prints are sold subject to the separate Print Licence. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.
6. Third-party fulfilment
Prints may be produced and shipped by third-party print partners. Their handling of your order and data is governed by their own terms.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is." Colors on screen may differ from printed output.
